Crare ships its products all over India.
We ensure the shipment reaches to you in the minimum possible time. However the time taken for the product to reach you may vary from 7 days to maximum 15 days.
The time variation depends on the vendor and customer’s location, product type, weight etc.
We will send you a order mail where we will intimate you about the estimated time for reach of product.
You can also track your product through our website by logging into your account or by just entering the order id.
Shipping charges will be displayed in the product page or in the order page, once the address of the customer is given.
The shipping charges may vary from product to product depending on the destination and weight of the product.
We also offer few products which will be shipped free of cost. If a product is available for free shipping the same will be mentioned in the product page.
Currently we do not ship any products outside India. However if you need any products to be delivered outside India, kindly email to support@crare.com. We will get back to you on the possibilities.
If an order contains more than a single product, the product will be dispatched as a single package or different packages based on the Vendors.
We will try to deliver the package thrice before returning it back to the Senders address. Kindly makes sure you are available to receive the package.
Kindly make sure all the address, contact details furnished in the account page is correct, so you can experience a hassle free package delivery.
In-case we are not able to delivery your product at the given location due to logistic constrains, we will call you and try making alternative measures. If the delivery issue still persists, we will cancel the order any pay back the amount tot the source or as Inventcash points using which you can do purchases in Crare.
