We ensure you have a smooth customer experience with our store. Here at Crare we let you return products within 10 days from the receipt of goods. You can return the purchased item for any of the following reasons:
We may accept returns for any exceptional cases within 10 days provided Crare authorities find the reasons valid. In case the reason is not considered as valid, then Crare will not be able to accept the returns.
We will replace the product returned by the customer in all cases. In-case suitable replacement is not available, then Crare will credit equivalent Inventcash points to the customer’s account.
Inventcash points can be used to purchase any other product from Crare store or subscribe to any module in Inventcare.
Customer has to ensure that the product to be returned is unused and all the tags, product parts, boxes and packaging are intact before returning.
Returns can be initiated by sending mail to email@example.com or calling the Crare customer care and mentioning the order id and other details.
We will arrange for a reverse pick up for the returned product. In-case our logistic partners are not available in your area, you will have to courier through any third party courier service it to the senders address(Vendor address mentioned in the invoice) and intimate the customer care with the Courier Name and Tracking Number.
Customer will have to re-send the product for returns within 10 days from the receipt of the product.
Customer can cancel an order before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation can be done only by calling our Customer Care. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled by email.
For all cancelled orders, we will credit the customer’s accounts with equivalent value of Inventcash points. These points can be used do make any other purchase in Crare or subscribe to any module in Inventcare.
There are a few items that cannot be returned as per our Return Policy. All products which are mentioned as not returnable will be mentioned along with the product description. Products falling under the below conditions too cannot be returned.
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
